Another Structure Joins Listing Program
Baku / 26.09.17 / Turan: On September 25, the president of AZPROMO, Rufat Mammadov, signed a collective agreement on cooperation within the Consultative Program for Listing (CPL). Thus, the program has 14 partners, but, so far, no real securities issuer.
According to the partnership agreement signed with the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE), the Azerbaijan Export and Investment Promotion Foundation (AZPROMO) committed, inter alia, to attract foreign investments to the capital markets in the country through the stock exchange, BSE informs.
CPL has been carried out since 2011. The leading legal, audit and investment companies of Azerbaijan are its participants. But to this day, despite some initiatives and financial support of BSE by foreign donors, no initial public offering (IPO) of securities has been carried out. --08D--
