Azerbaijan raises public debt by 64%

As of the end of March 2024 the the state debt of Azerbaijan amounted to AZN 25,778.2 million manats, or $15,163.65 million. This was announced by the Ministry of Finance. According to the data, this is up by 63.9% from the end of March 2023. In the reviewed period, $5,507.3 million of the state debt is foreign debt, and AZN 16,415.8 million manats is domestic.
