In January-September 2023, the non-cash foreign currency market of Azerbaijan saw operations worth $21 billion. This is stated in the monetary policy review published by the Central Bank of Azerbaijan. The document says it is down by 6% from the same period of 2022. Add that 79% of non-cash currency transactions were made in dollars, 21% in other currencies.-
