Baku City Main Department of Culture failed to fully utilize its revenue potential – audit

The Accounting Chamber has published the results of the audit conducted by the Ministry of Culture in the Main Department of Culture of Baku City. Note that the external state financial control covered the Department's activity in 2022-2023.
