CBA takes measures against 2 banks, 5 NBCOs and 2 exchanges

The Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) has brought to administrative responsibility officials of 2 banks, 5 non-bank credit organizations (NBCOs) and 2 companies providing currency exchange services (“Exchange"). This is reported on the website of the regulatory body. The report says that as a part of the ongoing CBA processes for monitoring violations of the requirements of Article 35.4 of the Law “On Banks”, paragraph 3....
