"Drakaris" licenced

The Central Bank of Azerbaijan has issued to "Drakaris" company a perpetual licence for activities as a payment organisation. This is reported on the CBA website. The licence is granted in keeping with the lLw "On Payment Services and Payment Systems", the report says.
