«Finoko» NGO prepares for capital growth
On December 29, the non-bank credit organization «Finoko» will hold an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders.
The NBCO announced this in the electronic disclosure system of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan.
The announcement says that the meeting will be held at the address: 36 Ismail bey Gutgashinly street, Yasamal district, Baku city.
The shareholders will discuss the question of raising the NBCO authorized capital through the issue of new shares.
As of the end of October 2023, the authorized capital of «Finoko» was AZN 5.355 million, and the total capital was AZN 8.804 million.
