So, the rate of the American currency fell from 1.7029 to 1.7026 manat.
Note that in early February 2017, the dollar rate was 1.92 manat.
At the same time, several commercial banks increased the rate of buying and selling the dollar. Thus, banks that bought the dollar for 1.64 manat a few days earlier are buying it for 1.67 manat today.
A similar situation occurs with the euro, which has also slightly risen in price in commercial banks. -71D-
