NBCO "Viator Micro-Kredit Azerbaijan" places AZN 500,000 bonds

The Central Bank of Azerbaijan has granted "Mobile Payment Solutions" company a perpetual licence for the right to carry out activities of electronic money organisation. This is reported on the website of the regulatory body.

In the first half of 2024, receipts to the state budget of Azerbaijan totaled AZN 18,842.9 million, and deductions from the budget AZN 16,052.1 million. This is reported by the State Statistics Committee.

In 2023, the Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) identified and withdrew from circulation 521 counterfeit tokens in national currency (AZN 42,800) and 391 counterfeit tokens in foreign currency (AZN 57,300) with signs of fraud and sent them to law enforcement agencies for appropriate measures.

In the first half of 2024, receipts on unemployment insurance premiums in Azerbaijan totalled AZN 100 million. This was reported by the State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy.
