Baku / 07.07.19 / Turan: The international organizations Visa Inc. and MasterCard Worldwide suspended the collection of assistance through payment cards on the territory of the so-called NKR as well as the acceptance of payment cards through an ATM network of a number of banks in the occupied territory.
The Financial Market Supervision Authority (FIMSA) told Turan it became possible after the meeting of the FIMSA employees with the leading representatives of Visa Inc. and MasterCard Worldwide. The organizations were informed that the banks operating in the occupied territories provide services for payment cards, carriers of international brands, and through the official website of the Ministry of Finance of the so-called NKR, financial aid is collected. -0-
