Республики Балтии, Южного Кавказа, Украины, Белоруссии и Центральной Азии стали независимыми государствами - конец цитаты. Их отпустили для того чтобы они не претендовали на большую часть так называемой общенародной собственности, созданной поколениями советских людей на территории нынешней РФ-ии. Последующая ваучерная (читай воровская) приватизация привела к тому что половина упомянутого оказалось в частной собственности 20 приближенных к Кремлю олигархов. Это республикам надо начать борьбу за возвращение своего от олигархов.
