The draft agreement on the freezing of oil production, which will consider the participants of the meeting in Doha, involves freezing production at the level of January to October, said the Minister of Energy Natig Aliyev.
According to RBC, Aliyev said that the draft agreement of oil producing of oil, which is expected to be signed on April 17 in Doha, the capital of Qatar, involves freezing production until October at the level of January 2016.
"Draft Agreement is not large. It sounds as follows: the countries, gathered in Doha, came to the conclusion that in order to bring the price of oil, they agreed to keep production up to October at the level of January 2016," Aliyev said TASS news agency.

Aliyev, in a conversation with TACC also said that as Iran which wants to increase production enters OPEC, the issue of increasing production by Tehran can be adjusted within the organization, reviewing the overall quota.
