Steel bars 8-mm profile increased in price by 7.5%, or up to 860 dollars per ton. Iron roofs markedly rose - by 27.7%, but other types of roof coverings did not change in the price. Plastic pipes 20 mm rose by 23%, and 50 mm pipes – by 20%.
Cement of Optima brand fell by 3.6%, and ceiling cover fell by 7% .In depending on the profile, the price dropped from 71.2% to 23.4%.
For the rest of the building materials the prices remained unchanged.
In September in Baku, prices of construction materials dropped by 2.9%, in August - by 1.4% in July - by 1.4%, in June - by 2.3%, in May – by 0.78%, in April - by 4.3%, and in March - by 2%. In February, prices decreased by 8.5%. In January, they were stable. In December, prices rose by 19.2%. It was the most noticeable jump in prices for 2015. Before that, building materials even fell significantly in November - by 8.6%. In October, the average price decreased by 0.5%, in September – by 0.027%, in August – by 1.75%, in July they increased by 0.32%, in June they decreased by 0.27%, in May they grew by 0.45%, and in April they decreased by 0.1%.
In practice, prices have remained stable, except for a number of products used in industry and in mass developments. Practical stagnation in prices for the majority of materials in individual construction season proves the preservation of the crisis in the economy.
