The prices of new flats in Baku and its suburbs grew by 11.4% on the average in April. The index grew by 9% in Sumgayit and Gandja and by 10% in Mingechevir. The prices were stable for three months before that. Several experts explained the April increase in the prices with the growing expensiveness of construction materials and with inflation.
