280 short-term observers from ODIHR arrive in Azerbaijan
280 OSCE ODIHR short-term observers arrived in Azerbaijan. They, together with the previously deployed 30 long-term observers, will monitor the presidential election on October 9.
Currently, they are distributed across the country. On October 8 the observers will get familiar with the situation in the areas.
October 10 at 14.30 the observers will make a statement on the assessment of the primary election, said the OSCE / ODIHR. -16D06-
