Baku/24.07.23/Turan: Trilateral and separate bilateral talks between Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and the Foreign Ministers of Azerbaijan and Armenia, Ceyhun Bayramov and Ararat Mirzoyan, will take place in Moscow on July 25, the message of the Russian Foreign Ministry.
"The foreign ministers will analyze ways to de-escalate the situation around Nagorno-Karabakh and intensify the implementation of the trilateral agreements of the leaders of Russia, Azerbaijan and Armenia of November 9, 2020, January 11, November 26, 2021 and October 31, 2022. Special attention will be paid to the preparation of a peace treaty between Baku and Yerevan, the search for solutions to the remaining issues, to which Russia is ready to provide maximum assistance," the press release says.
The ministers will also discuss other key tracks of the Armenian-Azerbaijani normalization, including the unblocking of transport communications in the region, the delimitation of the border between Azerbaijan and Armenia, contacts between the public and experts, the launch of a dialogue of parliamentarians, the message further emphasizes.
In addition, during the bilateral talks with Bayramov and Mirzoyan, it is planned to focus on discussing topical issues of the Russian-Azerbaijani and Russian-Armenian agendas in the political, trade, economic and humanitarian spheres, the Russian Foreign Ministry said in conclusion. ---16B---
