Aliyev and Macron Discuss Karabakh Settlement by Phone
Baku / 30.01.20 / Turan: French President Emmanuel Macron on January 29 phoned the head of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev.
According to the press service of the President of Azerbaijan, during the conversation various aspects of bilateral relations were discussed, both sides expressed satisfaction with the development of cooperation. The expansion of cooperation in the economic sphere was emphasized.
The heads of state discussed issues related to the Armenian-Azerbaijani Nagorno-Karabakh conflict. President Aliyev once again brought to the head of France the position of Azerbaijan on the settlement of the conflict.
During the telephone conversation, an exchange of views on regional security issues also took place. —06D-
