Amnesty International authorities to review "the case of Nardaran"
The international organization Amnesty İnternational calls on the Government of Azerbaijan to investigate the violations of the right to a fair trial and the facts of torture Thale Bagirzade and another 17 people. The AI statement said that evidence obtained under torture can not be considered evidence, and these people should be released.
Amnesty İnternational also believes that people who committed tortures must be brought to justice.
The organization also believes that the emergency medical care should get Yahad Balakishiev Shamil Abdullayev and Bahruz Askerov, who during his arrest had been tortured.
Without any conditions should be released APFP deputy chairman Fuad Gahramanli, since he has been convicted for the use of their right to freedom of expression. Nations declared him a prisoner of conscience.
The talk is about the "Nardaran case -1" when the Baku Serious Crimes Court presided over by judge Alovsat Abbasov sentenced the leader of the movement "Muslim unity" Thale Bagirzade and another 17 defendants.
Bagirzade was sentenced to 20 years in prison on charges of planning armed seizure of power and change the constitutional order, and the deputy chairman of the opposition party, the Popular Fuad Gahramanli - for 10 years only for the fact that Facebook has supported the just demands of Nardaran residents.
