Another 11 Russians arrested in Turkey for involvement in the terrorist attack in Istanbul
Eleven Russians were arrested in Turkey for the involvement in the explosion in Istanbul's airport. Total number of arrested is 17 people, according to the agency DHA. All of them are charged with "membership in an armed terrorist organization". Thus, the total number of detainees reached 30 people - two days ago were detained another 13 suspects including immigrants from the North Caucasus.
Earlier, the Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said that among the suspects there are natives of Dagestan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan. He also confirmed that the explosion at the airport was organized by the "Islamic State" (a terrorist organization banned in Russia.)
An informed source, meanwhile, told "Interfax" that the Russian special services did not receive confirmation of the involvement of the Russians in the terrorist attack. Forty five people became the victims of the explosion at the Istanbul airport on June 28. -02D-
