Appeal by R. Mirkadirov to be considered June 5
On June 5, 11.00 the Baku Court of Appeal chaired by Qadim Babayev will consider the complaint from the arrested journalist Rauf Mirkadirov.
According to the lawyer Elmar Suleimanov, his client is not given opportunities to meet with his relatives and talk on the phone, and is also deprived of the opposition press. The restrictions are imposed by the investigator Ibrahim Lemberansky, whose decision was upheld by the Sabail court. -03D04-
