Araik Harutyunyan announced his resignation and dismissal of "state minister" /UPDATED/
Reports about the impending resignation of separatist leader Araik Harutyunyan from the post of "president" have been confirmed. "Tomorrow I will submit my resignation. This is the final decision I made two days ago in view of my contacts with all external and internal actors and the general public," Harutyunyan wrote on Facebook.
At that, he noted that he will continue to live with his family in Nagorno-Karabakh. He added that he dismissed Gurgen Nersisyan from the post of "state minister" and appointed Samvel Shahramanyan in his place. Thus, the post of "president" of Karabakh remained vacant. -0-

Does Araik resign?
Baku/31.08.23/Turan: The pro-Pashinyan telegram channel "Baghramyan-26" reports that the leader of the Karabakh separatists, Araik Harutyunyan, will resign today.
At that, he will transfer power to the "secretary of the Security Council" Samvel Shahramanyan. The latter was previously the "Minister of Youth and Sports", and before that he headed the "security service" of Karabakh.
If this message is confirmed, it can be assumed that the supporters of the opening of the Aghdam-Khankandi road suffered defeat. -02D-
