Armenia and Azerbaijan discuss possibility of visiting prisoners by their relatives
Baku / 24.12.19 / Turan: “Foreign Minister” of Nagorno-Karabakh, Masis Mayilian, in an interview with Radio Liberty, stated that the Armenian side agreed that relatives of Dilgam Askerov and Shahbaz Guliyev visited them.
These Azerbaijanis are detained in Karabakh and were captured when they visited their homelands in the Kalbajar region occupied by the Armenians in 2014.
According to Mayilyan, this requires only the consent of their relatives. In turn, the Azerbaijani side should create the conditions for relatives of two Kazaryans who are detained in Azerbaijan.
Similar steps should be taken to create an appropriate environment and reduce risks, Mayilyan said. -02D-
