Armenian human rights activists accuse the authorities of the country

As for the Armenian citizen who passed the Azerbaijani border on March 7, a 23-year-old Arsen Khojoyan, a distant relative of Mamikon Khojoyan , which Azerbaijan returned Armenia a few days ago .
