Responsibility for the incident lies with the authorities in Armenia. We invite you to join the petition and appeal letter to the President of Armenia in connection with a second similar case of crossing the border by accident, which occurred on March 7," reads the statement of the Centre.
As for the Armenian citizen who passed the Azerbaijani border on March 7, a 23-year-old Arsen Khojoyan, a distant relative of Mamikon Khojoyan , which Azerbaijan returned Armenia a few days ago .
According to the Armenian version , Khojoyan is not a military. He is a shepherd from the village of Verin of Karmirahpur Tavush region , which lost in the fog. -02D-
