Yerevan/14.04.14/Turan- ArmInfo: "Premier" of Nagorno Karabakh, Ara Harutyunyan, made a statement during an online conference. In particular, he stated about the program of settlement the territories adjacent to Nagorno Karabakh.
Harutyunyan said that the program continues, but its intensification need funds. In this regard in 2013, a state lottery will be played, and the funds from it will be spent on the settlement the Kashatagh (Lachin) and Shaumyan regions. According to him, currently about 10,000 people live in Lachin.
We note that the issue of the territories surrounding Karabakh is one of the key principles of the settlement of the conflict. Inhabiting these territories , Armenia ignores the calls by international mediators and principles of settlement, that involve the release of these territories and return of refugees there. -02D-
