Baku / 14.05.18 / Turan: Armenia illegally settles Syrian refugees on the occupied territories of Azerbaijan to prevent the return of IDPs to their homes, stated the Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov, today in Brussels at the third international ministerial conference on victims of religious and ethnic persecution in the Middle East.
