Azerbaijan President Appoints Judges of Several General and Specialized courts
President Ilham Aliyev on October 26 carried out a number of appointments in the courts of first instance operating in Baku and different regions of the country.
In particular, he appointed judges at the 1st Baku and Ganja Administrative-economic Courts and the Terter Military Court.
Also appointed were five judges in Yasamal, four - in Binagadi, three - in Narimanov, Nasimi, Nizami, Sabunchu, two - in Khatai and one in the Garadagh, Surakhani, and Sabail district courts of the capital.
However, several judges are transferred from one area to another.
Three judges were appointed in the Shamkir District Court, two - in the Absheron and Sheki district courts, as well as in Kapaz and Nizami district courts of the city of Ganja, and one judge in the Jalilabad, Lerik, Lankaran, Sabirabad and Salyan district courts.
The head of state appointed one judge in the Military Court of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic and Nakhchivan City Court.
Furthermore, the Chairman of the Agstafa District Court was appointed. -06D--
