Baku/04.06.23/Turan: The Food Safety Agency of Azerbaijan reports on the next batch of defective fruits from Iran. This time the talk is about kiwis. For the current year, 26 shipments of Iranian kiwis with a total weight of 446.4 tons were rejected. This amounted to 19% of the kiwifruit imported into the country (2309 tons), the agency's message for April 6.
26 notifications about this were sent by the Agency to the National Organization for Quarantine and Plant Protection of Iran. Unfortunately, the discrepancy between a number of food products imported from Iran is increasing.
