Azerbaijani Armed Forces set up a checkpoint on the Khalfali-Turshsu road in Karabakh/UPDATED/
Baku/25.03.23/Turan: According to Armenian sources in Karabakh, today the Azerbaijani Armed Forces set up an observation post on a dirt road between the settlements of Khalfali-Turshsu. Thus, the Azerbaijani Armed Forces took control of the movement on this road between the two Armenian positions.
It should be reminded that the illegal transportation of weapons and manpower of the Armenian formations has been carried out along this road until now.
The connection between Karabakh and Armenia was maintained in the same way after the action of civil activists of Azerbaijan began on December 12 on the Lachin road.

The Azerbaijani army has implemented local control measures on dirt roads north of the Lachin road
Baku/25.03.23/Turan: “Taking into account the current situation, the Azerbaijani army units have taken the necessary local control measures to prevent the use of dirt roads north of the Lachin road for illegal activities, as well as the aggravation of the situation in connection with the transportation of ammunition by Armenia and the commission of potential provocations,” the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan reported.
The report says that in recent days, the transportation of manpower, ammunition, mines, as well as other military equipment for illegal Armenian armed formations on the territory of Azerbaijan, where the Russian peacekeeping contingent is temporarily stationed, has intensified from Armenia.
"These shipments are carried out, especially at night and in foggy weather. Illegal Armenian armed formations are working to lay new roads along several routes, as well as to expand the old ones. For this purpose, military, engineering, and special equipment is used, and persons undergoing military service and local residents are used as labor. Over the past few days, the illegal intensification of construction and repair works by Armenians on the Khankendi-Khalfali-Turshsu and Khankendi-Kosalar-Mirzalar-Turrshsu roads passing to the north of this route has been recorded by the means of technical surveillance of the Azerbaijani Army. These roads are also used to provide and supply the combat positions of illegal Armenian armed formations,” the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan reports.—0—
