Baku / 19.09.18 / Turan: Azerbaijani Defense Minister Zakir Hasanov sent his condolences to his Russian counterpart Sergey Shoigu in connection with the death of 15 Russian soldiers in the wreckage of an IL-20 plane in Syria.
