Baku/05.04.23/Turan: On the evening of April 4, 27 Armenians who were being transported from Goris to Khankyandi by Russian peacekeepers were not allowed through the Lachin road, Armenian media reported.

According to them, the bus with Armenians was stopped at the place where the action of Azerbaijani eco-activists is taking place near the city of Shusha. The Armenians were outraged that they were not allowed to pass and at the same time 4 women became ill. The peacekeepers took them to Khankyandi, and the rest were returned to Goris.

According to Azerbaijani telegram channels, the bus was stopped due to the fact that the trip of these persons was not agreed in advance.

Azerbaijani ambulance doctors provided primary medical care to women who became ill. They were offered a room in the Shusha medical center, but they refused. Therefore, the women were taken to the Khankyandi hospital by two ambulances of the TƏBIB (Joint Administration of Territorial Medical Units of Azerbaijan).

Azerbaijani state bodies, including TƏBIB, have not yet commented on these reports.

However, the video footage of the participants of the action in Shusha, posted on social networks, confirms what has been said. Azerbaijani ambulances in Khankyandi were accompanied by Russian peacekeepers.

According to one of the Azerbaijani doctors, the Armenian colleagues met them calmly. The transfer of Armenian patients took place in a business atmosphere. -06D-
