Bayramov and Cavusoglu discussed activities of peacekeepers in Afghanistan
Baku/16.08.21/Turan: A telephone conversation took place today between the Foreign Ministers of Azerbaijan and Turkey – Ceyhun Bayramov and Mevlut Cavusoglu.
The Ministers exchanged views on the current situation in the region and the agenda of bilateral cooperation, the press service of the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry reported.
Note that during the telephone conversation, the parties discussed the joint activities of Turkish and Azerbaijani peacekeepers in Afghanistan, as well as the current state of their mission, the message said.—06D-

On November 15, animal rights activist Kamran Mammadli was detained while staging a protest at the COP29 climate conference. Mammadli was protesting the shooting of street dogs in Azerbaijan. He raised a sign above his head that read: "Azerbaijani authorities are shooting dogs on the streets!"
