Cavusoglu on the joint monitoring center in Karabakh
Baku/17.12.20/Turan: Observation points for monitoring the situation in Nagorno-Karabakh will be located where Azerbaijan decides. Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu stated to 24 TV. He recalled that the Monitoring Center will be located in Aghdam and will monitor the implementation of the November 10 agreements. In particular, this concerns the withdrawal of Armenian forces from Karabakh and the observance of the ceasefire regime. -02D-
