Commercial courts will appear in Azerbaijan
Baku/04.06.19/Turan: The draft amendments to the Law on Courts and Judges, which provides for the establishment of commercial courts in Azerbaijan, were recommended to the plenary session of the Azerbaijani parliament for consideration.
According to head of this structure, Ali Huseynli, said at today's meeting of the Parliamentary Committee on Legal Policy and State Construction, the said law will be supplemented with the section "Commercial Courts".
The new judicial institution will deal with commercial disputes. Commercial courts will function as courts of first instance. -03D-
