Last Thursday of the month of Ramadan is usually celebrated as the Day of Guds (Jerusalem.) Exemption of this sacred city is called as one of the most important task of the Islamic world and condemned the Zionist position. At the same time, he separated Zionist state from the state of Israel, and noted the necessity of the peaceful solution to the problem.
He also called on Islamic countries not to forget the Karabakh problem and expressed regret about continuing violence in a number of Middle East countries, including Syria.
Representative of the Supreme Leader of Iran to Azerbaijan, Ali Akbar Ojagnijad, the Ambassador of Palestine, also addressed at the conference.
