Conference on the Implementation of the Action Plan and the Strategy for social cohesion in the countries of the Council of Europe will be held in Baku on September 10-11.
According to the website of Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population of Azerbaijan, the conference will be held under the chairmanship of Azerbaijan to the Council of Europe. The event will be attended by senior government agencies for Labor and Social Protection of the CoE member states.
The action plan and strategy for social cohesion provide an enabling environment for the use of social human rights. -02D-

The situation surrounding the "Russian House" in Baku may be discussed between the Presidents of Russia and Azerbaijan, Vladimir Putin and Ilham Aliyev, the press secretary of the Russian leader, Dmitry Peskov, told journalists.

On 6 February, the Baku Court of Appeal presided over by Faig Ganiyev rejected an appeal by Party of People's Front of Azerbaijan Ali Kerimli against a verdict of the Nasimi district court, which found him guilty under Article 147.1 (slander) and fined him AZN 1,500.

On 6 February, 45 citizens of Azerbaijan were readmitted from Germany within the framework of the readmission agreement between Azerbaijan and the European Union. This was reported by the State Migration Service of Azerbaijan on 7 February.
