Court Sent Former Heads of Agstafa and Yevlakh under Arrest
Baku /21.12.19 / Turan: The Sabail district court arrested the former head of the executive branch of the Agstafa region Nizameddin Guliyev and his deputy Ramiz Tatarov for the period of the investigation - 4 months.
For the same period, the former head of the city of Yevlakh, Goja Samadov, was arrested, a source in court said.
Recall that the detention of these persons was reported on December 19 by the State Security Service.
The arrested are accused of numerous facts of abuse of position, extortion, taking bribes, embezzlement, etc. They face 10 to 14 years in prison. —06D-
