Defense Minister Meets with Foreign Colleagues
In the framework of the international arms exhibition ADEX-2016 in Baku the Defense Minister of Azerbaijan Zakir Hasanov met with the Commander of the Aerospace Forces of Russia Viktor Bondarev.
The theme of the talks was the prospects of cooperation in military and military-technical spheres and in the field of military education, said the Defense Ministry's press service.
On the same day the Defense Ministries of Azerbaijan and Belarus signed a cooperation plan for 2017. The document was signed by the Defense Ministers of the two countries Zakir Hasanov and Andrei Ravkov.
During the talks, the delegations of the two countries discussed regional security issues and the exchange of experience of military specialists.
At a meeting with the Minister of Defense of Serbia Zoran Djordjevic issues of cooperation in the fields of military education and military medicine were discussed, as well as the potential for joint projects in the military-technical sphere.
With the Defense Minister of Djibouti, Ali Hassan Bahdonom exchanged views on military-technical cooperation.
With the Deputy Minister of Defense of the Czech Republic Jakub Landowski the prospects of cooperation in the military-technical sphere and in the sphere of military education were discussed. -02D-
