Baku / 10.05.18 / Turan: The experts are working intensively to finalize the convention on the legal status of the Caspian Sea, which may be signed in August, the journalists were told by the Deputy Foreign Minister of the Russian Federation, Grigory Karasin, who is in Baku.
According to him, the signing should take place at the summit of the Caspian states in Astana.
