Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov has left for Belgrade on December 3-4 to participate in the 22nd session of the OSCE Council of Foreign Ministers. Mammadyarov will speak at the event and will hold bilateral meetings, the press service of the Foreign Ministry said. -06D--
