International Exhibition BakuTel 2015 Opened
The Expo Center opened the 21st Azerbaijan International Exhibition "Telecommunications and Information Technology> BakuTel 2015.
Organizers of the event are Iteca Caspian and Caspian Event Organisers (CEO).
As Turan was told by the Iteca Caspian manager Svetlana Hajiyeva, at the opening ceremony spoke the 1st Deputy Minister of Communications and High-tech of AR Ramin Guluzadeh, who noted that during exposure of ICT products Bakutel has become "a successful global platform for networking and cooperation between businesses."
According to her, the high status of the annual "fashion show" is given attention by the head of state and promoted by the National Confederation of Entrepreneurs (Employers) of Azerbaijan, as well as the Fund for Export and Investment Promotion (Azpromo). Over the years, the exhibition is supported by UN and International Telecommunications Union (ITU). The BakuTel exhibition is assigned by the Global Association of the Exhibition Industry, which confirms the high standards of its organization.
She noted that this year presented are 203 companies from 21 countries, including the US, Turkey, France, Japan, Belgium, Germany, China, Russia and so on. The organizers expect that over the four days the exhibition will be visited by 10 thousand people.
The exhibition, among other things, aims to integrate local ICT infrastructure in the global information space, and create a modern information and communication infrastructure. Speaking of new companies, 15% of exhibitors are newcomers, most of them - foreigners, including global leaders such as AVAYA, Google, Kaspersky Lab and others.
This year head trends for the national ICT sector are IT solutions of the new generation of national broadband internet, mobile technologies 4-5G, services in the field of fiber optics and cloud technologies, e-government, new technologies for the project Smart Azerbaijan, and information security.
Innovations in the field of space technology are from the satellite operator Azercosmos, preparing to launch the second telecommunications satellite Azerspace-2. A number of companies make presentations of various gadgets that facilitate the daily life and experiences of people. Note mobile applications from Azercell, cable television, portable to any location with a small device. They allow you to connect and watch over 200 channels (Caspian Telecom); the creation from scratch of call centers, databases, and other necessary office programs and networks (Avirtel); new technologies that will make the digital world safer for children (Kaspersky Lab) and so forth.
The exhibition is dedicated to the business program, under which a number of seminars will be held. In addition to business meetings and negotiations, all visitors and exhibitors expect surprises, contests and quizzes using the IT technologies. There will be surprise for the visitors from the exhibition organizers Iteca Caspian and CEO - during all days of the exhibition London's famous illusionist Magic Circle with a simple iPad and a phone will show tricks for all visitors to BakuTel.
For the convenience of the visitors, the exhibition has organized special free buses to the Baku Expo Center and back that run every hour from the metro station Koroglu. --- 17D-
