Fazil Mustafa: "The government has no right to deceive people"
At today's session of Milli Majlis deputies from opposition parties protested due to the increase in prices of some goods and services.
According to the chairman of the Great Creation Party Fazil Mustafa, at the last session of Parliament , the Finance Minister said that the increase is not expected, thereby deceiving the public. "Citizens should be prepared for future changes and unexpected solutions should not beat around the corner, putting the responsibility on the Tariff Council."
Approximately the same position was expressed by the MPs Sabir Rustamkhanly, Gudrat Hasanguliyev and Faraj Guliyev. According to them , the sharp rise in fuel prices would negate the government's plans on concessional lending in agriculture and lower prices for agricultural products. Also, prices will go up on all kinds of consumer goods that will cause double-digit inflation, according to the MPs. -17D-
