Baku /18.10.18/Turan: On Thursday, a cooperation program for 2019-2020 was signed between the Foreign Ministries of Azerbaijan and Turkmenistan in Baku. According to the press service of the Foreign Ministry, the document was signed after consultations between the foreign ministers of the two countries, Elmar Mamedyarov and Rashid Meredov.
