Gasanli: Ilham Aliyev behaves like a sultan

Baku/30.09.13/Turan : The new televised debate of presidential candidates in the public television went on the attack on the usual scenario of most of the presidential candidates on the candidate of the National Council of Democratic Forces Jamil Gasnli and other opposition leaders.

Gasanli said that if elected President, he would announce a "golden amnesty" for the release of not only political prisoners , but of all the innocent prisoners .

Gasanli promised to return the property to the citizens, from whom it had been forcibly expropriated, and to solve the problem of the recognition of the property rights of the owners of more than 500 thousand apartments and houses.

The leader of the Umid (Hope) Party Igbal Aghazadeh called on citizens to vote for change if they are for poverty eradication, the return of Karabakh, and the increase of salaries and pensions.
