George Margvelashvily Holds Inaugural Meeting with Prime Minister of Azerbaijan
Tbilisi/18.11.13/Turan-BSPRESS: The new President of Georgia, George Margvelashvily on an inauguration day, a Sunday, November 17, held a meeting with the Prime Minister of Azerbaijan Arthur Rasizade and discussed the issues of cooperation in various fields.
On the occasion of the inauguration of the fourth President of Georgia, 53 delegations arrived in Tbilisi from various countries and international organizations - about 200 foreign guests. The inauguration ceremony took place in the yard of the old parliament building in Tbilisi.
"The sides talked about the strategic partnership between Georgia and Azerbaijan. Particular attention was paid to the longer term development of cooperation in the political, economic and humanitarian spheres. They expressed their readiness to deepen existing relationships, both bilaterally and multilaterally," the press service of the President reported. -02D-
