German Authorities Sanction Action of Azerbaijani Political Immigrants
Baku / 18.08.18 / Turan: The German authorities agreed on the action that the political emigre organization Choose Democratic Azerbaijan (CDA) intends to hold in Berlin on August 22 in front of the residence of the Federal Chancellor of Germany. This is written on the CDA Facebook page.
The purpose of the action is to draw Merkel's attention to the problems with human rights in Azerbaijan, in the light of her forthcoming visit to Baku within the framework of her August 23-25 tour to the South Caucasus states.
The action will be held under the slogans "Freedom to Political Prisoners!", "No Caviar Diplomacy!", "Do Not Sacrifice Human Rights to Oil Interests!" and etc.
CDA was established on by a group of Azerbaijani political immigrants in Germany on June 3, 2018. -03D-
