Organization for Democracy and Economic Development (GUAM) has decided to change the official language of the organization from Russian to English, said on Twitter, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Pavlo Klimkin. "I have fingered presidency in GUAM. It is necessary to fill it with new content. I offered to conduct meetings in English, rather than Russian. All supported ," wrote Klimkin.
"A GUAM Secretary General immediately showed that Cyrillic was not installed on his computer. Therefore, all, as they say, on the same page,» added Klimkin.
The microblog of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry reported that the meeting of the GUAM is held on December 5 in Basel (Switzerland.)
