The first Congress on French Colonization commenced today in Baku, supported by the People’s Union for the Freedom of Guadeloupe and the Baku Initiative Group. The two-day event gathers leaders from over 15 political parties and independence movements from Corsica, Melanesia, Polynesia, the Caribbean, and Antilles. Delegates from Dutch colonies Bonaire and Saint Martin are participating as guests of honor.

The fourth meeting of the European Political Community will bring together leaders from across the continent on July 18 at Blenheim Palace in Oxfordshire, United Kingdom. The leaders will discuss further support for Ukraine, as well as shared challenges such of energy and connectivity, security and democracy, and migration.

On July 17-18, Baku will host the first Congress of the leaders of 15 political parties and Movements for the independence of Corsica, Melanesia, Polynesia, the Caribbean and Antilles group. The event was organized by the People's Union for the Liberation of Guadeloupe with the support of the Baku Initiative Group.

President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree on the establishment of a legal entity under public law, the Republican Blood Bank. According to the document, a legal entity of public law, the Republican Blood Bank, is being established under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Health.
