On February 11, Deputy Head of the Directorate of the Israeli Foreign Ministry and Chief of the Mashav Agency for International Development, Daniel Carmon arrived in Baku for a three-day visit.
Turan was told in the Israeli Embassy in Baku that he is accompanied by the head of the Mashav training department, Mataniya Cohen.
According to the same source, the purpose of the visit is the development of cooperation between Azerbaijan and Israel. During the visit, the Azerbaijani side will be presented with the concept of diplomacy used in Israel. -16D-
