Huge storehouse of mines and explosive devices discovered in Karabakh
Baku/20.10.23/Turan: During the inspection of the territories of the Karabakh region, engineer-sniper units of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces have discovered warehouses with a significant number of mines of various purposes and improvised explosive devices. This is reported by the Ministry of Defence on Friday.
It was established that some of the mines in these warehouses were produced in Armenia in 2021, and improvised explosive devices were made artisanally from artillery shells.
Earlier, the Azerbaijani Defence Ministry repeatedly stated about illegal transport of mines and ammunition from Armenia to Karabakh along the Lachin road before Azerbaijani authorities took control of the road. -02D-
