Ilgar Ibrahimoglu invited to the conference under the auspices of the President of Estonia

(DEVAMM), Ilgar Ibrahimoglu, will visit Tallinn at the international conference "Human rights and the new challenges "at the invitation of the President of Estonia, Toomas Hendrik Ilves.
The Forum is held under the patronage of the head of Estonia, Turan was told in DEVAMM.
